 SeaPort Enhanced

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) has made electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services a reality. Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) has adopted an integrated approach to contracting for support services. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large & diverse community of approved contractors, as well as a platform for awarding & managing performance-based task orders. This unified approach allows SeaPort-e service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, & approaches across the Navy's critical service business sector.

Simply stated, SeaPort-e provides a faster, better, & more cost-effective means of contracting for professional support services.

Technical Support for Highway Safety (SFTY II)

Subcontractor to SAIC for Federal Highway Administration Office of Safety contract.

The following project objectives relate to programs and activities that support the Office of Safety mission, and may result in task orders under this contract:

  • Develop and refine tools and information that assist in formulating strategies, positions and support for policies, regulations, guidelines and administration.
  • Investigate, evaluate, summarize, and disseminate information that promotes and provides for technology transfer and assistance in technical, policy, guidance and administrative areas.
  • Develop and present workshops, presentations, briefings, papers, articles, publications, brochures, electronic media such as computer usable products, videos, and distance learning technologies that demonstrate and deliver the products, technologies and guidance information.
  • Provide market plans, research, evaluation, assessment, measurement, and information sharing which support safety products and customers.
  • Provide analyses, recommendations and support regarding developing, optimizing, focusing, and reallocating of resources and support, including staff, funds, equipment, etc.

Asset Management Support Services
